Hey y'all! Today's video is YOGA FOR SPIRITUAL CONNECTION. This video is a CROWN CHAKRA focused video and is about 15 minutes long. I made this practice as a shorter alternative to the 25 minute Crown Chakra practice I have (I also have a 7 minute practice that was part of a challenge). This is great if you find the other videos too long or too short. Throughout the video we incorporate poses that lift the Crown Chakra, as well as poses where we lead with the Crown Chakra. If you want to go a little deeper, feel free to visualize the color white or violet as you move through this flow. Both of those colors correlate with the Crown Chakra. I am hoping this practice can enable you to obtain a deeper spiritual connection and a Universal connection. For the Savasana, I offer some Crown Chakra affirmations for you to repeat silently to yourself. Hey y'all! Today's video is another CHAKRA practice. You all LOVE my Chakra videos & the focus of this video is the THIRD EYE CHAKRA. I have few of other Chakra videos, one shorter & one longer, so if you were looking for something in between then this video is for you! The video contains a sequence where we get into poses leading with our Third Eye & it ends with a short Savasana where I give you a couple of affirmations relating to the Third Eye Chakra. Throughout the video there are some chest opening poses & poses where you lift your gaze up to the sky, which again allows us to lead with our Third Eye. Sometimes Chakras can be TOO open or completely closed, so I'm hoping this practice will help you get your Chakras into balance or alignment. Your Third Eye relates to your intuition and to "seeing" things more clearly. Your intuition is a very important part of your inner self. Learning to trust & listen to your intuition can often help you in certain life situations, so I hope this video can help you tap in to that part of yourself. This video is meant to activate your Throat Chakra, so we are doing poses where the head and neck are engaged and open. If you have injuries in your head or neck, this practice might not be for you so be sure to gauge whether you feel like it is safe for you or not. You all often express how much you enjoy my Chakra videos, so I will definitely keep making them. Most people should be able to do this practice and you can always modify as you need to. There's never any pressure to do each and every pose to it's full expression, it's really about listening to your body. I hope this practice can help you to open and activate your Throat Chakra if you feel like you've been struggling with communication, expressing your needs, speaking openly and clearly, etc. The Savasana is pretty short, but feel free to stay in Savasana as long as you need to. It helps you to recognize your value, set healthy boundaries, & to treat yourself better. It can be hard at times to cultivate self-love, especially with the influences of social media & the pressures to look & be a certain way. I wanted to create this mediation to help you remember how special & unique you are. The pressures of the outside world can be SO vast & influential that they often influence how you feel about yourself. Self-love is a practice & you absolutely have to keep this practice up to help you to remember who you are & to help you to keep you grounded. Feel free to use this practice as often as you need to.
